American commercial photographer, based in Portland, Oregon, Barbara Peacock had recently tried out a creative way of expressing her passion for photography. Inviting friends known to her and making friends dropping by invitation via cards and social media she had gathered people to feature into this creativity.
Through this project, she tries to emboss the hidden individualities of people on themselves alone. Touching the complexity and transparency of their lives are being vividly exposed in unveiling each detail sensitively. For this, she has chosen the location of bedrooms of each portrait in different backgrounds to give the exact exposure of each and every person’s lifestyle.
The following photographs depict the variety of the social backgrounds of every individual and sums up so much meaning in each portrait. Figuring the situations that can be faced in different ages of life along with its real taste is being brought into the picture.
